I lead Think Data Group’s company operations and create the operational plans for our client, partner, and internal initiatives. After working with Barry Gold at Venture Development Center, I was pleased to partner with him in launching this business. I have a consistent track record of leading teams to drive growth for companies across a wide range of industries and blue-chip firms.

From my early days leading large enterprise advertising accounts to executive-level sales, operational, and consulting leadership roles with marketing services and data products firms, I’ve learned that operating with an intense focus on understanding and meeting client needs results in high levels of customer satisfaction and company performance. I have conceptualized and operationalized a data storefront marketplace for a professional services firm, sourced numerous data assets for two global marketing communications agencies, and helped monetize millions of dollars of diverse data provider assets.

Flourishing in the incredibly dynamic data ecosystem requires collective problem-solving with intelligent thinkers open to new business ways. With my belief that success stems from quality relationships and how we improve the human experience, I welcome the opportunity to work closely with colleagues and solve complex business problems with longtime partners and new clients. Active in the Detroit community, I am a member of and regularly participate in peer group meetings at the Detroit Economic Club, enjoy mentoring young people, and volunteer with Free Bikes 4 Kids. I also serve in an Advisory Board role with Digital Lakes, an initiative to attract and retain IT talent across the State of Michigan.
